Volunteer - Software Engineer

Role Overview

This role is designed for early-career and growth-stage engineers who want practical, hands-on experience in real software delivery environments. You will collaborate with Hubexia Solutions engineers to implement scoped features, improve reliability, and contribute to structured release cycles.

What you will do

• Implement scoped product and platform tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
• Support API integration, debugging, and incremental system improvements.
• Participate in code review, QA fixes, and release readiness workflows.
• Write concise technical documentation for implemented work.
• Collaborate with engineering leads in a weekly delivery cadence.

What we are looking for

• Foundational software engineering skills (frontend, backend, or full-stack).
• Basic proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong communication and willingness to work with feedback.
• Consistent weekly availability and commitment to delivery quality.
